About Equal Energy Solutions

Equal Energy Solutions handles split system installation, repairs and servicing for homes around Canberra, and the consensus around the ACT is that they do it properly. They look after reverse cycle units too, and plenty of people book them in for an annual service once they've had them out the first time.

What people appreciate is how straightforward the whole thing is. The team turns up when they say they will, keeps you in the loop, and explains what they're doing as they go. One local summed it up nicely: everything they said is exactly what they did, no tricks, just plain truth. We've also heard that the bill matches the quote, with the scope and cost agreed up front before any work starts, so there are no surprises when the job wraps up. They leave the place clean and tidy when they're done, and they're known for getting a fault sorted on the first visit.

The crew, names like Matt, Harry, Archie, Ed and Dan come up regularly, has a reputation for being warm and genuinely helpful, often noticing the little extras and sorting them out while they're there. Emergency call-outs are part of what they offer, so they're worth knowing if something cuts out unexpectedly; it's a good idea to call and check availability.

Check with those who've used them and you'll hear the same thing: people call Equal Energy Solutions back for the next job, which tells you plenty about how they treat a home. If you need a split system installed, serviced or repaired in Canberra, get in touch or contact them.
