About Climatrol

Climatrol is an air conditioning and heating specialist working across Canberra, and the word around Mitchell is that these are people who take the time to do a job properly. They install and service split systems and ducted reverse cycle, and they handle repairs and maintenance for homes as well as industrial and commercial sites. All installers are appropriately licensed, and quotes are free.

What people keep coming back to is how thorough they are before a single thing gets installed. We've heard about site inspections, a proper range of options laid out and explained, and quotes walked through in detail rather than rushed. One local put it simply: after ringing around plenty of companies, Climatrol was the only one who actually wanted to sit down and talk through what the job needed. That willingness to find a workable solution comes up again and again, including on tricky houses with awkward roofs or ageing ducted setups.

On the day, the team has a name locally for turning up when they say they will, keeping in touch with regular updates, and leaving the place clean and tidy. People mention being helped over the phone to troubleshoot a problem, and the costs being fair for the quality of work. Barry and Matthew are among the names that get a warm word from people who've had them out.

Opinion isn't entirely one-sided, and we've heard the odd grumble about getting a prompt call back when something needed following up. For most, though, the experience has been a good one, enough that plenty say they'll stick with Climatrol for their heating and cooling from here on. The entrance is wheelchair accessible. Check in with them to talk through your options and get in touch.
