About Koala Air Conditioning

Koala Air Conditioning works out of Avoca Beach on the Central Coast, and Malcolm, who heads up the business, brings over 35 years in the air conditioning trade. The team handles split system installation, ducted air conditioning, repairs and servicing for homes and businesses, and the word around the Central Coast is that they know how to match a system to a house rather than just fitting the first thing to hand.

People who've had them out talk about the way Malcolm walks through the options before any work starts, laying out the pros and cons so you can pick what actually suits your place. That advice side of things comes up again and again, along with installs that are done neatly and tidied up properly afterwards. Locals also mention turning up when they said they would, keeping in touch through the job, and the final bill lining up with the quote they were given. More than one person has pointed to work finished within the agreed time and budget. Koala is ARC Tick certified and holds a trade licence, and they offer a free quote before any job.

Opinion is not unanimous: we've heard the odd grumble about getting a call back after the job and about how a smaller visit was charged. On the whole, though, people keep recommending them to neighbours and come back when it's time for a new system.

If you need ducted air conditioning or a split system sorted around Avoca Beach and the Central Coast, give Koala Air Conditioning a call and ask Malcolm for a quote.
