Why Choose Artisan Air?

Artisan Air is highly rated by locals for split and ducted system installation, repairs and servicing across Ballina and the Northern Rivers. They're known for turning up on time, keeping customers in touch through the job, and leaving places clean and tidy. The team tailors solutions rather than pushing a one-size-fits-all approach, and they handle emergency breakdowns when a system fails.

About Artisan Air

Artisan Air is a familiar name for air conditioning in Ballina and across the Northern Rivers, handling split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted systems, and commercial work for homes, offices, restaurants and warehouses. The team brings more than 20 years' worth of industry experience, and it shows in the way they tailor a heating and cooling solution to the room rather than pushing one option. They're a fully licensed outfit, and they offer emergency breakdown work for when a system gives out at the worst possible time.

Ask around and the same things come up again and again: technicians who turn up on time, keep you in the loop from the first enquiry through to the final connection, and leave the place spotless when they're done. We've heard about complicated ducted installs run over several days with the home left clean each evening, and about preventative maintenance done without rushing, filters cleaned and gas levels checked, with time taken to answer questions. People also mention how patient the team is when plans change mid-job, happily reworking a quote or options without fuss.

Folks who've had them out for installs often help each other get the app set up on the phone too, a small thing that speaks to how the technicians work. A few households have stuck with Artisan Air for years, calling them back for servicing season after season. Opinion isn't unanimous, and we've heard the odd grumble about getting a prompt reply when things are busy, but the weight of local word of mouth is firmly positive.

If you're in Ballina and need a new system sized up or an old one sorted, give Artisan Air a call and contact them.
