The team keep things straightforward: you ring with the problem, they ask the right questions and get it fixed, often turning up as promised and keeping you in the loop along the way.
A lot of what we hear comes from travellers passing through with caravan troubles, and the stories land the same way: a fridge or air conditioner packing up on the road, a call to Freck's, and the team prioritising the job to get people back on their way. One local put it simply, saying they could have been taken advantage of but the crew were honest and lovely instead, which tells you plenty about how they treat people. Jake, Marnie, Evan and the rest of the team come up again and again for their clear communication and the way they explain what needs doing before they do it.
They handle emergency call-outs too, and people who have had them out swear by how quickly they sort the issue and how fairly they go about it. Whether it is a commercial setup or a van fridge that failed on a hot day, the word around Buronga is that these are people who know the job and do it properly.
