APRACS Electrical, Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Solar & Batteries

APRACS is a family-owned business working out of Casino and Grafton, and they're a familiar name across the Northern Rivers for keeping homes and businesses cool. They handle split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted systems and commercial air conditioning, and they take on emergency breakdowns too. If something goes wrong after hours, they run a 24-hour emergency service.

Ask those who've used them and you'll hear about how quickly they turn things around. People talk about a phone call in the morning leading to a service call that same afternoon, faults diagnosed and sorted without the usual waiting around, and a follow-up call to check everything's running as it should. The team keeps people updated through each step, and more than one local has mentioned how tidy and professional the work is, whether it's sorting out aircon drainage or installing new units through the house.

Robert leads the crew, with Andrew, Jake, Georgie and Anne-Maree among the names locals mention when they talk about a job done well. There's a lot of trust in this team, from households having multiple units installed to a commercial coldroom repair, and even the occasional motorhome or van. When a house near Casino was struck by lightning, people remember APRACS turning up fast, checking the solar and air conditioning, and helping get the insurance moving.

They offer free quotes, so if you're after a new system or need something looked at, it's an option to consider to see what they can do. For anything to do with air conditioning in Casino and the surrounding Northern Rivers, APRACS is a solid local choice.
