About Bradshaw Air Conditioning and Refrigeration

The team handles split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted systems, and commercial work for both homes and businesses, and they cover the Gold Coast and Northern NSW. The word around the area is that they listen to what you actually need: one local who'd been knocked back by other companies on a tricky apartment job found Bradshaw were the ones who proposed a workable solution and got on with it.

What people contact them back for is the steadiness of the whole process. We've heard again and again that they turn up when they say they will, keep in touch clearly from the first phone call through to the finish, and leave the job site clean with all the rubbish taken away. More than one person has mentioned the bill landing right where the quote said it would, which earns a lot of trust. They also take the time to explain how the controls work before they go.

Ask the people who've had a ducted system or a replacement unit put in and they'll talk about how organised the crew is, often with a few laughs along the way. Nick and Ken are among the technicians people mention by name, and the sense is of a small business that genuinely cares about the result.

They offer a free quote, and emergency call-outs are part of what they do, so it's worth ringing to check timing for your job. For straightforward servicing or a full ducted install in and around Chinderah, Bradshaw is a solid team to get on the phone.
