Ask anyone who's had them out and the thing that keeps coming up is how neatly they leave a place. People who've used them mention the installers checking in through the whole job to make sure they're happy, moving a bracket when someone changed their mind, cleaning up after themselves and even sweeping or vacuuming before they go. One local put it simply: friendly service, and they made sure the household was comfortable with how the system worked before leaving. We've also heard good things about how they communicate, from quote through to invoicing, with folks describing them as responsive, prompt and flexible when things got tricky.

Names like Adam and Matt come up among the crew, and more than one person has stuck with Northernair across several properties and multiple units over many years, which tells you something about how the work has held up. People mention the team coming back to chase an intermittent fault until it was sorted, too.

They list obligation-free quotes and 24/7 emergency breakdown work, so it's worth calling to talk through timing and availability for your job. The odd grumble has surfaced about getting booked in, so confirm the details when you ring. For a system install or a breakdown in East Lismore, Northernair is a local name an option to consider.
