About T.C. AIR & Electric

T.C. Air & Electric has been looking after residential air conditioning across Fairy Meadow and the wider Illawarra for 25 years, handling split system installation, multi-split and ducted systems, plus repairs and servicing. They work mainly with Daikin and Fujitsu gear, and the local view around the area is that they know these systems inside out.

Check with those who've had them out and the same things come up: a thorough quote and sensible advice before any work starts, crews who turn up when booked, and a tidy job with the site cleaned up at the end of each day. One local needing to replace an old wall-mounted split was steered towards a neat floor-standing unit instead, and others mention the office keeping them informed the whole way through, including help sorting out Energy Efficiency Scheme and Daikin warranty paperwork for rebates. Chris, Cooper, Lachlan and others on the team get named warmly for being friendly and switched on, and the reception staff come in for genuine praise too, particularly for taking time with people who need a bit more patience.

People here notice when a job is done properly, and this is the kind of air conditioning technician they call back for the next one, often over many years. They're known for emergency call-outs as well, so it's worth ringing to check timing and availability for your situation. The premises have wheelchair-accessible parking and entrance.

If you're after a residential split or ducted system in Fairy Meadow or the surrounding Illawarra, get in touch and contact them.
