About Optimum Air Solutions

Around Five Dock, Optimum Air Solutions is a name that keeps coming up when people need their air conditioning sorted, and the person at the centre of it is Robert. He handles split system installation, ducted air conditioning, repairs and servicing, and he's out for emergency breakdowns too. Ask people who've had him out and the same things come up: he turns up when he says he will, keeps you in the loop, and leaves the place tidy.

What people really fasten onto, though, is the honesty. More than one local tells of Robert talking them out of work that wasn't needed, explaining the options plainly and giving a fair quote rather than pushing for the bigger job. One household had been told by someone else their whole system needed replacing, and Robert showed them it could be repaired instead. Another had their ageing ducted system finally working the way it should, with every step explained along the way. That kind of straight talk is why people keep calling him back for the next job and for regular servicing once they've met him.

He's clearly experienced across both ducted and split systems, from tracking down a difficult hairline crack to swapping out a tired old unit for a new one while keeping most of the existing ducting in place. People who've had him out mention the clear communication and the sense that he's genuinely looking out for them.

Optimum Air Solutions works regular weekday hours, so it's an option to consider to Robert to talk through your system and check in with them.
