About Kool Heat

Kool Heat has been keeping homes and businesses comfortable in Forster, New South Wales since 2000, handling split system installation, repairs and servicing, along with ducted air conditioning. The team covers split and ducted work for both households and commercial jobs, and they offer free, no-obligation quotes, so it's easy to ask for one before you commit.

Ask anyone who's used them and the same things come up. The technicians turn up when they say they will, often with a heads-up about their arrival, and they keep you in the loop from the first phone call through to the finished job. People talk about work left clean and tidy, with duct systems checked and cleaned thoroughly rather than given a quick once-over. Several of the techs get mentioned warmly by name, including Josh, Cameron, Ben and Brandon, for being courteous, knowledgeable and good at diagnosing a fault and sorting it on the spot where they can. More than one local has come to Kool Heat after being let down by another installer and come away a genuinely happy customer.

The business describes its team as licensed and fully insured sparkies, which is reassuring on both install and repair work. The sense around Forster is that this is a good choice, and it's plain why. The odd grumble has surfaced about office communication on a warranty follow-up, but the hands-on side of the work earns steady praise. If you need a split or ducted system installed, serviced or repaired, give Kool Heat a call and ask about a quote.
