Why Choose Cool Elements Air & Electrical?

Cool Elements brings together air conditioning and electrical expertise in a single team, so wiring is specified properly rather than left as an afterthought. They handle split systems, ducted work, and commercial installations across homes and businesses, and move quickly when you need them, whether it's a routine job or an urgent call during a heatwave. Locals rate them for showing up on time, keeping the space tidy, and communicating clearly about the work ahead.

About Cool Elements Air & Electrical

Cool Elements Air & Electrical has earned a genuine following across Gateshead and the wider Newcastle and Lake Macquarie area, and it's easy to see why once you hear how people talk about Sam and the team. They handle split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted systems and commercial work, and because they run both air conditioning and electrical trades together, the wiring side of a job gets specified properly rather than left as an afterthought. They look after homes, businesses and strata properties, and carry a Contractors Licence (460992C).

What really comes through is the care taken at the quoting stage. One local was advised against buying a bigger unit than the room needed, with Sam coming out to look first and talking through the options in plain language. People mention being fit in early when things were urgent, including over a heatwave and for an elderly relative who needed cooling for medical reasons. Mitch and Scott come up by name as part of the crew too, and the word is they turn up when they say they will, keep in touch, and leave the work space clean and tidy.

We've heard about them shoehorning a ducted unit into a very tight rooftop space without complaint, sorting old and tricky wiring in an aged building, and coming back the next day to tidy up a small issue. Emergency call-outs are part of what they do.

If you need an air conditioning technician in Gateshead who'll give honest advice before anything gets installed, give Cool Elements a call and get in touch.
