Why Choose Empire Air Conditioning Services?

Empire Air Conditioning Services is liked in the area for turning up on time, keeping customers informed through the job, and honouring their initial quotes. Whether you need a split system installed, a ducted system replaced, or ongoing servicing, they handle residential and commercial work with a team that communicates clearly and leaves the job site clean and tidy.

About Empire Air Conditioning Services

Empire Air Conditioning Services is a family-owned business that handles air conditioning across Hornsby and the wider Sydney metropolitan area, taking on split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted systems and commercial work. They look after homes, small businesses, strata buildings, schools, pubs, clubs and restaurants, which tells you they are comfortable on jobs big and small.

People who have had them out speak warmly about the whole run of the job, from the first site inspection through to the install. The consensus around the area is that they turn up when they say they will, keep you in the loop and leave the place clean and tidy, and that the bill lands where the quote said it would. One local who had a tougher-than-expected install done mentioned the team honoured their original quote without any fuss. One person points to the care taken explaining options to suit different budgets before any work starts, which goes a long way when you are weighing up a ducted system.

One household has stuck with Empire for years, calling them back for quarterly servicing, repairs and replacement parts. They hold an ARC licence (AU09957) and a contractor licence (27819C), and carry public liability, professional indemnity and workers compensation cover. They also offer an after-hours breakdown service, so it is an option to consider to check availability if something goes down outside normal hours.

Between the clear communication, the tidy work and quotes that hold, locals call Empire Air for servicing, repairs and installation. Contact them or check in with them.
