About Hextra

Hextra is a name that comes up a lot when people around Jindabyne need an air conditioner sorted, and it's easy to see why. They handle split system installation, repairs and servicing, along with emergency breakdowns, working on both homes and commercial properties across the Snowy Mountains region. With forty years behind the business, they've clearly got the experience to back up the work.

What locals appreciate most is the reliability. People who've had them out mention technicians turning up on time, keeping in touch about dates and who's coming, and getting the job done properly the first time. One holiday-home owner was happy to leave a new air conditioner install in their hands without even being on site, and the result spoke for itself. Another described an air con service where the unit had stopped working the day before: the technician showed up, fixed the problem, did a full clean and flagged a potential future issue, all sorted on the one call.

Tidy work is part of their reputation too. We've heard about the team cleaning up after themselves and leaving units in good order, which is the kind of thing that gets people recommending them to neighbours. Their emergency call-out work is well known in the area, including getting up to lodges at Perisher in the middle of the snow when refrigeration failed and stock was at risk.

Hextra is fully licensed and insured, and they offer round-the-clock emergency support, though it's always a sensible option to check availability for your job. For air conditioning work in Jindabyne and the surrounding high country, they've earned the trust of plenty of locals who keep calling them back.
