About GAP Trade Services Pty Ltd

GAP Trade Services Pty Ltd is a Killara outfit that handles plumbing, drainage and gas fitting alongside air conditioning work, and on the aircon side that means split system installation, repairs and servicing for homes and workplaces across the Sydney metropolitan area. They'll work on all makes and models, and upfront pricing is part of how they operate, so you'll know where you stand before the job starts.

The consensus around Killara has a name attached to it: Mike. People who've had him out mention how he keeps them in the loop, turns up when he says he will, and sorts the problem properly the first time. One local who's used him put it plainly, saying they rest easy knowing the work has been done right. Another had a tricky blockage figured out and fixed in a couple of hours after being told elsewhere it would be a big dig. That kind of story is why people call GAP back for the next job, aircon included.

The tidy, no-fuss way they work comes up again and again. Mike and the team get straight into it, leave the site clean, and lay out clear options rather than leaving you guessing. They're known locally as honest and fair, the sort of tradies folks happily pass on to neighbours. The business is also LGBTQ+ friendly.

Work booked after hours is treated as emergency work, so it's an option to consider to check availability and timing before you count on it. If you need a split system put in, serviced or repaired around Killara, contact them and check in with them.
