About Arctic Air Solutions

Arctic Air Solutions has spent eight years keeping homes and businesses around Liverpool, New South Wales comfortable, and the feeling around town is that they do it with a genuinely professional touch. They handle split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted air conditioning and commercial work, and they offer after-hours emergency call-outs when a system packs it in at the worst possible time.

Ask those who've had them out and the name John comes up again and again: people appreciate the time he takes at the quoting stage, laying out the options clearly and explaining which unit suits the situation before any work starts. A few locals had been told by other companies that their tricky layout couldn't be done, only for Arctic Air to find a way. We hear the crews turn up on time, keep people in the loop, work hard right through the day and tidy up properly before they leave. Alyce in the office gets a mention too for prompt, specific communication from the first enquiry.

They do free quotes, and the general feeling is that the pricing lands fairly for the standard of work, with sensible advice on unit placement thrown in. Split systems, ducted setups in homes and shops, Daikin installs: it's the kind of air conditioning technician that people are happy to recommend to family after their own job wraps up.

It isn't universal praise. One local was left frustrated when a problem cropped up after installation and found it hard to get things sorted. Worth asking up front how they handle follow-ups if something needs attention later. For a new install, a repair or an emergency breakdown in the Liverpool area, check in with them and contact them.
