Ask anyone who's had the team out and the same things come up: they turn up when they say they will, talk you through exactly what's going to happen, and leave the place spotless. Dusko and the crew come in for a lot of the praise, with people mentioning careful, careful work and a knack for solving tricky jobs. One local had been told by other companies that a ducted install was too difficult given the roof structure, and Dusko found a simple fix that worked. Another had a split system fault sorted after a proper assessment and a couple of clear options, rather than a rushed guess.
People talk about clean, tidy work, prompt quoting and jobs booked in and completed quickly, sometimes the same day. The team carries insurance and takes on emergency call-outs, and locals mention they're friendly, respectful and good with pets on top of being knowledgeable. More than one household has said they'll be calling them back for the next job.
It's obvious why Lav Hvac has built such a strong word-of-mouth reputation around Liverpool. If you need a split or ducted system installed, repaired or serviced, contact them or check in with them, and check timing and availability when you book.
