About Coolguys

Coolguys is an air conditioning technician business working across Maroubra, New South Wales, handling split system installation along with repairs and servicing. When something goes wrong unexpectedly, they also take emergency call-outs, so it is worth a call if your system quits in the middle of a heatwave.

Around Maroubra, people who have had them out swear by how fast and tidy they are. We hear that technicians turn up when they say they will, keep you posted along the way, and leave the place clean once the job is done. One local described booking a service for a smelly, underperforming system and a technician named Dan coming out, working carefully and getting it running fresh again. Another mentioned Gee on the admin side organising the technician visit promptly and even sending before and after photos when they could not be at the property, which is a thoughtful touch for anyone juggling a tenant or a busy schedule.

There is a practical streak to how they operate too. We have heard of Gee helping someone troubleshoot a Fujitsu unit over the phone rather than sending a technician out for an inspection, which saved them time and money. People talk about them as reliable and reasonably priced, and one customer has gone back for the next job rather than shopping around.

It's obvious why Coolguys has built such a warm reputation locally. If you need a split system installed, repaired or given a proper clean and service, ask them for a quote and check what timing suits.
