About BDS Air and Property Services

If you're after air conditioning in Medowie, BDS Air and Property Services is a name that comes up with real warmth around Port Stephens and the Hunter. They handle split system installation, repairs and servicing, along with ducted air conditioning, and the team leans into proper cleaning work as much as new installs.

Ben is the one locals tend to mention by name, and the picture people paint is a consistent one. He turns up when he says he will, keeps you in the loop, and takes the time to explain what he's doing along the way. People have had him deep clean split systems that had stopped cooling altogether and bring them back to life, track down problems in ducted systems, and handle full replacements including relocating units and sorting drainage neatly. One local described him simply as a real gentleman and a damn good tradesman, with promises made and promises kept.

A few things come up time and again from people who've had them out: the bill matches the quote, the job gets sorted properly the first time, and the house is left clean and tidy afterwards. The word around Medowie is that the pricing is fair and transparent, with no surprises when the work is done.

It's worth a quick call to check timing for your job. For a technician who communicates clearly and does careful, thorough work, BDS has earned the loyalty locals keep calling them back for.

What Customers Say on Google

Quality

“He arrived on time, relocated 2 units for us and even diverted the aircon outlets and our guttering to ensure they reached the correct section of roof to drain to downpipes.”

Service

“Ben was punctual and communicative and through his expert advice and service, he was able to perform deep cleaning of 2 split system units - one of which was over 10 year old and was no longer cooling at all - just dripping water onto the wall. Ben did his magic and this unit now cools not just the room it's in, but the entire main part of our house.”

Speed

“From the quote to install it was a quick turn around, great price, very professional and an awesome experience.”
