About Adapt Air & Electrical

Adapt Air & Electrical is one of those names that keeps coming up when people in Mittagong and across the Southern Highlands need air conditioning sorted properly. Owner Mitch Toovey, a licensed electrician, has built up his team over the last decade, and the business handles split system installs, repairs and servicing, ducted systems for homes and businesses, commercial work and emergency breakdowns. They describe themselves as electrical, air conditioning and refrigeration specialists, so there is real depth to what they can take on.

Ask anyone who's had them out and you tend to hear the same things. The quoting is straightforward and clear, with Mitch walking people through the options, ducted versus a couple of splits, and explaining the pros and cons so you understand exactly what you are getting. People mention bigger jobs too: swapping out tired old gas and electric systems for modern reverse cycle ducted setups, multi-zone installs with sensors and dampers in each room, all planned carefully before a tool comes out. One local had a whole-house system designed and installed and was pleased it ran exactly as promised.

On the job itself, the team has a name for turning up when they said they would, keeping things moving and leaving the place clean and tidy when they are done. Riley and Tom get a mention as quiet, polite and efficient, and folks appreciate that the work looks neat as well as working well. When something needed adjusting later, like a vent that had to be changed, they came back and sorted it without fuss. More than one person has called them in to put right issues left by previous installers.

They offer free quotes and carry 24/7 emergency call-outs for air con failures, so they are a sensible option when something gives up at an awkward time. Pricing is spoken of as fair and competitive, and people in the Highlands happily recommend them to the next person asking.
