Why Choose Johnston Services?

Johnston Services is valued locally for turning up on time, communicating clearly through each job, and leaving the workplace clean and tidy. They handle split system installation and repairs, ducted and commercial air conditioning, and run an emergency breakdown service, and they're known for coming out the same afternoon or evening when systems fail.

About Johnston Services

Around Murrumbateman and out through the Yass Valley, Johnston Services is a name people trust with their air conditioning. The business has been going for 12 years, with founder Josh bringing over 12 years in the trade and a skilled team adding collective experience of more than 13 years between them.

They handle split system installation, repairs and servicing, along with ducted and commercial air conditioning, and they run a breakdown service when something gives out at the worst possible time. We've heard of Josh turning up the same afternoon when a Daikin heater packed it in mid winter, and sorting a cooling fault right before the Christmas heat with a fair price and no fuss. Ask for a quote and you'll get one; they're known for free quotes and for keeping the figure honest.

What comes up again and again is how tidy and professional the work is. People talk about the team arriving on time, staying in touch, explaining things clearly and leaving the site clean when they're done. One local had two reverse cycle units swapped for a single multi head system and worried about how the brickwork would look afterwards; Josh fitted Colorbond conduit to hide the old holes, and the finish came out better than expected. Jobs tend to get done right the first time, and folk keep calling them back for the next one.

Beyond air conditioning, the business also covers electrical and refrigeration work for homes and businesses, and they hold the relevant licences and insurance. If you need an aircon installed, serviced or fixed around the Yass Valley, Johnston Services is worth considering.
