About Warren Ward Refrigeration

Warren Ward Refrigeration is a familiar name for air conditioning work around Muswellbrook, New South Wales, handling split system installation, repairs and servicing, along with ducted air conditioning for homes in the area. From getting a quote to having a system up and running, people who've had them out talk about a team that moves efficiently and clearly knows its stuff.

A good deal of the praise locally is about the installers themselves, with names like Tom, Lachie, Nick and Josh coming up for being professional, knowledgeable and genuinely pleasant to deal with. More than one local mentions getting solid advice at the quoting stage, a clear idea of what the job involves, and installers who answer questions along the way. Big ducted jobs and multiple split systems both get a mention, and the crew has a reputation for working hard and leaving the place tidy when they're done. We've heard the office staff are helpful too, which makes the whole thing easier to organise.

Turning up at the arranged time and keeping people in the loop are two things that come up again and again, and folks note fair pricing for the scale of some of the jobs. One local did mention the team not showing on the day they'd said, so it's worth confirming timing when you book, but that runs against the general tone of people calling them back and recommending them to others.

They keep standard weekday hours, so get in touch to sort out a quote or check when they can get to your job.
