Why Choose Pairie Air & Electrical?

Pairie Air & Electrical is known locally for clear communication around system options and thorough installation work on both ducted and split systems. Their dual electrical and air conditioning trades mean they can handle the full climate control job in one visit, and they're consistently rated for turning up on time and leaving the place tidy.

About Pairie Air & Electrical

Pairie Air & Electrical is a family-owned air conditioning and electrical business based in New Lambton, Newcastle, and the consensus around the area is a good one. They design, install and service both ducted and split system air conditioning for homes and commercial sites, and because they carry dual trades, they can also sort the electrical side of climate control in the one visit. The business is ARC Tick accredited and fully licensed as electricians, with 24/7 support on offer, so it is a sensible option to check availability for your job.

Owner and lead technician Perry Carpenter started in the trade ten years ago and brings over twenty years of combined experience. People who have had them out speak highly of Perry's honest advice, the way he lays out the pros and cons of different systems and helps you land on the right one for your place. We've heard about a tricky ducted install that meant working through strata to keep both the household and the neighbours happy, handled calmly and professionally throughout.

Ask those who've used them and the same things come up: the team turns up when they say they will, keeps you in the loop, and leaves the place clean and tidy. Perry and Alex get a mention for explaining everything clearly and making people feel comfortable with a big decision like ducted air con.

There has been the odd grumble about getting a call back when something needed following up, so it is worth being clear about timing and after-sales contact up front. On the whole, though, this is the kind of air conditioning technician that people recommend to others, and they are LGBTQ+ friendly. Contact them or check in with them on your next install or repair in Newcastle.
