Chris and the team are valued locally for their knowledge and courtesy.

About Altac Air Conditioning Pty Ltd

Altac Air Conditioning has been a family-owned heating and cooling business in Penrith since 1988, handling split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted systems and commercial air conditioning for homes and businesses across the area. That is a long time keeping Penrith cool through summer and warm through the colder months.

Chris is the name people in Penrith tend to mention, and the verdict around town is that he knows his gear inside out. One local had an air conditioner pack it in during the middle of winter after another company said it couldn't be fixed. Chris tracked down the part and got it running again. We've heard similar stories of old units, obsolete parts and tricky jobs sorted without fuss, right through to full replacements of air con and ducting in two-storey homes.

What keeps people calling them back is the way the job actually runs. They turn up when they say they will, keep you in the loop from booking through to completion, and the bill lands where the quote said it would. Folks mention tidy, professional work and problems sorted properly the first time. Chris and Ilona get a lot of warm mentions by name, which tells you something about how they treat people.

They offer emergency call-outs too, handy when a system drops out on the hottest or coldest day. There was one account of a weather-related reschedule that left someone waiting, but that runs against the grain of what people generally say about this lot. If you need a technician in Penrith who does careful work and stays in touch, give Altac a call and check in with them.
