About COOLCENE Air Conditioning

COOLCENE Air Conditioning is a family-owned business based in Port Macquarie, and it's a name that comes up a lot when people around the Mid North Coast are sorting out their cooling. They handle split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted air conditioning, and commercial work too, covering homes and businesses from Port Macquarie through Taree, Kempsey, Forster and South West Rocks.

A big part of why people keep calling them back is the installs. We've heard about ducted systems going in neatly even where roof space is tight, old reverse cycle units removed without fuss, and crews taking the time to recommend the right size so the whole house actually cools properly. Ask anyone who's had them out and the same things come up: the team turns up on time, keeps you in the loop from quote through to the day of work, and leaves the place clean and tidy when they're done. One local who'd gathered several quotes mentioned Coolcene were the only ones who could fit the entire system in the roof, and did exactly that.

Servicing is the other half of what they're known for. Plenty of folks source their ducted system from Coolcene when building and then stay on for the yearly maintenance, with handy reminders and technicians who go through the whole setup carefully rather than just ticking a box. Names like David out doing quotes, and Dean, Sam, Jayden, Shawn, Dan and Ash on the tools come up warmly, and the person who rings to book jobs gets a kind word too.

The sense around Port Macquarie is that the pricing is fair and the professionalism is consistent, from the first phone call right through to the finished job. They're an Authorised Specialist Dealer, and they keep normal weekday hours, so get in touch to book a service or contact them.
