Why Choose New Wave Air Conditioning?

The team consistently turns up on time, communicates clearly through the quote and installation, and leaves sites clean, from the initial assessment right through to the finished job.

About New Wave Air Conditioning

Around Prestons and the surrounding parts of south-western Sydney, New Wave Air Conditioning is a familiar name for both homes and businesses. They handle split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted air conditioning, and a good deal of commercial work, covering offices, retail spaces, medical centres, warehouses and industrial facilities across Sydney. Reverse cycle and ducted jobs are very much part of what they do, from the first quote right through to the finished install.

What people tend to mention is how the whole thing runs smoothly from start to finish. The team turns up when they say they will and keeps you in the loop along the way, so you know what is happening and when. Several people who have had a ducted system fitted have been struck by how tidy the crew left things afterwards, right down to vacuuming the floor before they go. One local who had a system installed on a hot day simply couldn't speak highly enough of the crew that did the work.

The reputation around the area is that the office staff are as easy to deal with as the technicians, friendly on the phone and quick to come back with a quote or answer a question. More than one person has gone back to them for a new system years after the first install, which tells you plenty about how they treat people. We've heard the odd grumble about how a repair quote landed, as you will with any busy outfit, but the general run of things leans well in their favour.

They work through the week, so it is worth giving them a call to sort out timing. For ducted, split system or commercial air conditioning in Prestons, New Wave is an easy one to put on your list.
