Why Choose Canberra Mechanical Services?

Canberra Mechanical Services runs a tight ship from the initial call through to the finished job. The team handles split system installation, ducted air conditioning, and repairs and servicing across the Queanbeyan and Canberra area.

About Canberra Mechanical Services

Based out of Queanbeyan East, Canberra Mechanical Services handles split system installation, ducted air conditioning, and repairs and servicing for homes and real estate clients across the Canberra and Queanbeyan area. They also take on hydronic heat pumps and smart thermostat installation, and they carry an ARCtick licence (AU37286). The team describes itself as your local air conditioning installation and repair experts.

What locals tend to mention is how smoothly things run from the first call through to the finished job. People who've had them out talk about technicians turning up on time, keeping them in the loop about what they've found and what they're doing, and leaving the place clean and tidy. The team's names come up again and again in a good way, with folks noting how patient and professional they are in explaining options and guiding a choice of unit. One local having a tricky install at a new home found that nothing was too hard, with the team putting real thought into vent locations and unit capacity.

A point that keeps coming up is trust around pricing. More than one person has mentioned the final bill matching the quote, with costs laid out clearly before any work starts. We've heard of them stepping up on an older installation issue and sorting it under good faith, which is the kind of thing that earns a business repeat work. Plenty of people come back for servicing after a first install, and several pass the name along to colleagues and neighbours.

If you need a new system installed, an existing unit serviced, or a repair sorted in Canberra or Queanbeyan, it's worth giving them a call and asking for a quote.

Professionalism

“Our technician Sam, was professional, courteous and very respectful and kept me completely updated me throughout the job on what he had found and what he was doing. Sam arrived on time and completed the job as quoted very efficiently.”

Service

“Cannot fault the service and communication from CMS. We engaged them initially to attend to issues with an existing reverse cycle unit in the house we purchased after being basically "ripped off" by someone in our own community.”
