They work across New South Wales from their Roselands base, covering everything from replacing an old, worn-out unit in a bedroom to installing new systems and keeping existing ones running well with regular servicing.
: Contact Air Conditioning Guys directly to arrange a quote, as no pricing is published for split system, ducted or commercial jobs. One local describes receiving a competitive quote after their old unit was assessed, and another had a new bedroom system installed within a few weeks of first getting in touch, so have details of your current system and the problem ready when you call.
: Customers regularly mention that Air Conditioning Guys turn up on time and keep them updated on timing throughout the job. Several note jobs being fixed properly the first time, with technicians such as Willian, Wahid, AJ, Joseph and Elie called out by name for thorough, professional and communicative work on servicing and installation jobs.
: Yes. One customer contacted them when their unit, nearly 20 years old, stopped working well; the team explained that a repair would only be a band-aid fix and provided a competitive quote for a replacement system instead. This fits with their general servicing and repairs work, where they diagnose the issue and talk through the best option rather than just patching it up.
