Why Choose Nova Air and Electrical?

Nova Air and Electrical is valued locally for getting the job done right, and turning up when promised. The team works quickly through split system and ducted installations, leaves the place tidy, and handles both homes and businesses across the Newcastle region.

About Nova Air and Electrical

Nova Air and Electrical has been looking after the Novocastrian region for over 30 years, and that longevity shows in the work. Based in Tighes Hill, this is an air conditioning team that handles split system installation, repairs and servicing, along with ducted air conditioning for both homes and businesses. If you ask around Newcastle about who to call for a new system, their name comes up.

The thing people mention again and again is how well the install days go. More than one local has described the crew turning up on time and getting through a big day of work, moving units and completing the job cleanly without fuss. Folks talk about technicians who stay polite throughout, take pride in the finished result, and happily win over the family dog while they are at it. When something is being quoted or installed, people appreciate being kept in the loop rather than left guessing, and the verdict around is that problems tend to get sorted properly the first time.

The office side gets plenty of praise too. We've heard Karen named more than once as someone who stays prompt and patient, walking people through their options and knowing the products inside out, which makes a real difference on bigger projects. One household described how the team worked off their floor plan to size the right unit, removed the old system so a painter could get in, then came back to install the new one, all organised before they even had access to the house. Small touches like that are why people get in touch back for the next job.

Opinion isn't universally glowing, and we've heard the odd grumble about communication around payment and finance. For most who've had them out, though, the installs are tidy, the prices fair and the crew easy to deal with. Check in with them during the week and contact them.
