About Green Living Air Pty Ltd

Green Living Air Pty Ltd is an air conditioning technician business working out of Tuggerah, New South Wales, handling split system installation, ducted air conditioning, repairs and servicing, and commercial work, along with emergency breakdowns. The team is licensed and fully insured (licence no 309086C), and they are an approved installer under the NSW Energy Saver Scheme, so they can talk you through any rebate you might be eligible for.

Talk to anyone who's had them out and Sam's name comes up quickly. People appreciate that he sizes the job to the house rather than just swapping like for like: more than one local has been steered away from a ducted system they didn't actually need towards something that made more sense for their power bills. That kind of honest advice is a big part of why households keep calling them back, and why some have had Sam service the system and then install for family members too.

The things locals mention line up neatly: turning up on time, keeping in touch through calls, texts and a clear digital quote, and the final bill matching what was quoted. The crews work quickly and leave the place spotless, with no mess left behind. We've heard the response is among the fastest around when a system packs it in, and they offer emergency call-outs for breakdowns, though it's always worth checking timing with them when you book.

Between the residential and commercial work, the tidy installs and the straight-up advice, Green Living Air has earned a loyal following across the Central Coast. If you need a quote or a repair sorted, they are an easy business to recommend.
