About 000 Trades (Formerly 000 Plumbing)

Around Wagga Wagga, 000 Trades (Formerly 000 Plumbing) has built a name as the kind of outfit people call back for the next job. They are a licensed multi-trade business serving homes and businesses across the Riverina, and on the heating and cooling side they handle split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted air conditioning, commercial work and emergency breakdowns. They hold NSW Contractor Licence 283774C and run a 24/7 service, so a middle-of-the-night cooling fault is something you can put in front of them.

What comes up again and again from people who have had them out is how smoothly a visit goes. Folks mention getting a heads-up that someone is on the way, a technician turning up when they said they would, and the house left clean afterwards. One local had their unit serviced, the ducts checked and the whole thing wrapped up with a minimum of fuss. Jason's name comes up a lot for air conditioning and gas heating work: punctual, polite and happy to walk you through the options without any pressure, so you can make your own call on what gets done.

The wider team earns the same kind of word of mouth. People talk about Andy explaining gas heaters in plain terms, and Casey, one of their technicians, is mentioned more than once for being efficient, friendly and clear about what the problem is and what the fix involves. There is also a good word for the office staff keeping things organised behind the scenes, which matters when you are trying to book someone in.

One household had an old supply line fail during testing and the team sorted it on the spot, which is the sort of thing that keeps people coming back. If you need an air conditioning technician in Wagga Wagga, 000 Trades is an easy one to call and ask for a quote.
