About Snb Group

SNB Group is a family-owned air conditioning technician business working out of Wetherill Park, New South Wales, and the word around the area is that they know their trade well. The team brings more than 23 years of experience, handling split system installation, ducted air conditioning, and repairs and servicing for homes and businesses alike. They work across makes and models, and locals who've had them out for a new system or a yearly maintenance check tend to book them again for the next job.

People who've used them talk about technicians who turn up on time, keep in touch through the job, and leave the place as clean as they found it. More than one person has mentioned the care taken on ducted installs, right down to taking the old unit and rubbish away. Others point to filters serviced and a ducted system kept running without fuss. One local praised Chanelle in the office for sorting out a repair in the lead-up to Christmas, and the clear step-by-step communication around quotes and scheduling comes up again and again. Many describe the whole process as straightforward and fairly priced.

Not everyone has had a smooth run. One local was let down by poor follow-up and had to chase for a call back. That said, the general picture is of a reliable, trustworthy family business that people are happy to recommend.

Free quotes are offered on their services, so it's an easy first step to ask what a job would involve. If you're after a new split or ducted system, or a service on an existing one around Wetherill Park, SNB Group is worth a try.
