The team turns up on time, keeps you informed throughout the job, and leaves the place clean and tidy, the kind of service that breeds loyalty in a tight local market. They hold a licence and handle emergency call-outs, so you can contact them knowing the work will be done right.

About Coolit NT

Coolit NT has built a solid name around Berrimah for split system installation, repairs and servicing, and people who've had them out tend to stick with them for years. The word around the Top End is that this is proper local company service, with a team that turns up on time, keeps you posted along the way, and leaves the place clean and tidy when they're done. Lachie and the crew get mentioned again and again, and one local who rang around for quotes before an install reckoned they came back with the best pricing without cutting any corners.

What locals really value is that the work gets sorted properly the first time. On one install the team picked up a drainage issue that had been missed previously and fixed it while they were there, which is the kind of attention to detail people remember. Others talk about full deep cleans that leave the aircons running colder than ever, and the fact that the bill matches the quote they were given. They work quickly without ever feeling rushed.

These are licensed technicians who offer emergency call-outs, so it's worth giving them a ring if something's packed up in the Darwin heat. One person mentioned they looked after their elderly dad and kept it affordable for a pensioner, which says a fair bit about how they treat people. If you need a split system installed, serviced or repaired in Berrimah, Coolit NT is an easy one to call for a quote.
