About A.J. Services

A.J. Services has been looking after air conditioning in and around Alice Springs, Northern Territory since 1986, and the talk around town is that they have earned the trust people put in them. They handle split system installation, repairs and servicing, and the way they go about a job is a big part of why people keep ringing them back.

The team is known for turning up when they say they will and keeping you in the loop from the start of the job through to the finish. People who have had them out talk about technicians who explain the fault clearly, get on with the work without fuss, and then run through what was done before they leave. One local who had four split systems installed noted the crew left the site tidier than they found it, which tells you something about the care they take. Another, left in the lurch by someone else mid-job, had them come in and finish the work properly. The bill matching the quote comes up too, which matters when you are deciding who to call.

Several of the team get a mention by name for their work, among them Tom, Ethan, Anthony, Adam and Andy, and the reception side of things gets a good word as well for being helpful when you first make contact. A few people say the team can be busy, but the general view is they are worth the wait because the work is done right. They also offer emergency call-outs, so it is worth having their number handy when an aircon packs it in during an Alice summer.

A.J. Services is a locally owned and operated, fully licensed team, and they carry authorised warranty service agent status for major brands. For a split system install, a repair or an annual service, check in with them or contact them.
