Nic Essex brings years of hands-on experience to the business.
The general view around Brisbane is that they turn up when they say they will, keep you in the loop and explain the problem in plain terms rather than leaving you guessing. Technicians get mentioned by name for being professional and respectful on site, which matters when they are working in direct view of your own customers. People talk about jobs being sorted the first time, including tricky faults that other outfits had given up on, and the crew leaves the place clean and tidy when they are done.
For businesses where a failed freezer or cold room can cost a day's trade, that reliability counts for a lot, and they run a 24/7 after-hours service for exactly those emergencies. Several operators have set up ongoing maintenance programs with them to keep things running through the summer peak. They carry an ARC licence, an electrical licence and a QBCC licence; check current timing and availability with them directly when you book. For fair, no-nonsense work on commercial refrigeration and air conditioning, Elite Refrigeration is worth a try.
