Livesey Electrical Contractors

Around Morningside and the wider Brisbane area, Livesey Electrical Contractors has built a strong name for split-system air conditioning work, handling installation, replacement and cleaning alongside their electrical jobs. They look after both homes and small businesses, and what you hear around Brisbane is that this is a team people keep coming back to for the next job.

Livesey covers repairs and servicing, split-system installation and emergency breakdowns, and they offer same-day help for emergencies when booked before midday. Hiovake, who leads the work, comes up again and again in conversation: people describe him as quick to call back, friendly and genuinely easy to deal with, the kind of tradesperson who keeps you updated and gets on with the job. We hear they are punctual, stay in touch throughout, and leave the place clean and tidy, treating a house like a home rather than a building site. More than one local has had them turn up, spot the problem fast and sort it there and then, sometimes catching issues no one knew about.

The business carries full public liability insurance and holds licence number 87285, and they provide upfront fixed quotes before starting. People describe the pricing as fair and the communication clear, with questions answered properly along the way. One local summed up the feeling simply: they went the extra mile and took real care with a difficult job.

For a split system that needs installing, servicing or fixing, or an emergency electrical breakdown around Brisbane, Livesey Electrical Contractors is worth a try. Get in touch and check timing with the team when you book.
