Steve comes up again and again as the person who assesses the property, talks through the options and lends genuine advice. Ask anyone who's used them and they'll mention how the installers turned up when they said they would and kept in touch at every step by phone, email or message.

The on-the-tools work gets steady praise too. There's a real care for the little things here, from keeping noise down around sleeping toddlers to following up after the job is done.
