About Clarke Air & Refrigeration Pty Ltd

Clarke Air & Refrigeration is a family-run air conditioning business based in Buderim, Queensland, and it has earned itself a loyal following across the area. They handle split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted air conditioning, and commercial work, along with pre-purchase inspections and commercial refrigeration and ventilation. The team brings over 15 years in the trade, and the consensus around Buderim is that James and his crew know their stuff.

Locals who've had them out tend to contact them back for the next job. People mention that they turn up when they say they will and keep you in the loop throughout, including when parts are on order or the schedule shifts. Several point out that the final bill matched the quote, which fits with how they work: a clear quote before anything starts. There are stories too of James solving problems other outfits couldn't, and of being told nothing was wrong with a unit after another company had quoted big for a repair, which says plenty about how he does business.

Tidy work comes up often, particularly on servicing and cleaning jobs where units caked in black mould were brought back to life. One local who'd had their ducted system installed and serviced over several years simply put it: consistent professionalism and a high standard of workmanship. Emergency call-outs are part of what they offer, so it's worth phoning to check timing and availability.

If you're after someone reliable for a split or ducted system on the Sunshine Coast, Clarke Air is a name people here recommend without hesitation. Check in with them or get in touch.
