Locals rate them highly for honest diagnosis, professional workmanship and clear communication from quote to job completion.

About Independent Air Conditioning

Independent Air Conditioning handles the full spread of climate control work around Burleigh Heads, from split system installation and repairs to ducted systems and commercial jobs, plus emergency breakdowns when a unit gives out at the worst time. They work across residential, commercial and industrial sites, and they carry QBCC, ARC and NSW licensing and are fully insured, which is reassuring to know when someone's up on your roof.

What people like about this team comes through clearly. They turn up when they say they will, keep you in the loop, and leave the place clean. More than one local tells the story of being told by another contractor that a whole ducted system needed replacing, only for this crew to find the real fault and sort it properly without the big bill. That kind of honest diagnosis, and a willingness to take on the trickier jobs others pass up, is why people call them back for the next one. Victor's name comes up often for professional, knowledgeable service, and Jhonny gets a mention for solving problems with a friendly manner.

Free quotes are part of how they work, and the team is known for presenting a few sensible options rather than pushing the priciest fix. In fairness, we've heard the odd grumble about a booking slipping through the cracks, so it's worth confirming your appointment, but the overall reputation around Burleigh Heads is warm.

If you need a ducted system assessed, a split installed, or an emergency breakdown looked at on the Gold Coast, contact them and check in with them.
