The team carries real depth, with over 60 years of collective experience as refrigeration mechanics behind them. That shows in the work. People talk about them turning up when they say they will, keeping you in the loop, and getting the fault sorted the first time rather than leaving you waiting. We've heard plenty about urgent jobs too, from caravan and camper air con dramas in the Queensland heat to warehouse units needing fitting quickly, and emergency call-outs are part of what they do. More than one local has mentioned being back to cool comfort the same day after other places left them hanging.

Connor and Ian are names that keep coming up, along with Ali handling the calls and getting people booked in. Folks describe the crew as friendly, honest and genuinely helpful, the sort who'll explain what's actually wrong and point you in the right direction. Fair pricing and good old-fashioned work ethic get a mention again and again, and reverse cycle installs seem to go smoothly.

ARS Whitsunday holds an ARTICK licence and a QBCC contractor licence, both listed on their website. If you need an air conditioner installed, serviced or repaired anywhere around Cannonvale and the wider Whitsundays, get in touch and contact them.
