CoolTimes Services

Based around Capalaba, CoolTimes Services has built a name across the Redlands and greater Brisbane as an air conditioning technician people trust with the big jobs. They install, repair and service split systems and ducted air conditioning, and they also take on commercial work, looking after homes, businesses, schools and aged care facilities across Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan and the Redlands. Ask anyone who's had them out and the same things come up: they turn up on time, often a touch early, they keep you in the loop from first phone call to final handover, and they leave the place as tidy as they found it.

What people seem to appreciate most is the honest approach. More than one local has mentioned getting a detailed, same-day quote after a proper inspection, with the final bill matching what was promised and no bagging of competitors along the way. One person who got a second opinion from CoolTimes after another company called their install too difficult came away a very happy customer. For bigger ducted replacements, Ryan is often the one who assesses the property, works out the cooling and heating loads and lays out a solution that actually fits the home.

The install teams get plenty of warm words too. Names like Tom, AJ, Jazz and Connor come up as the technicians who do the careful work on the ground, pre-assembling components, walking owners through where outlets will go, sorting the wifi setup and cleaning up as they go. People describe them as polite, professional and genuinely nice to have around, with one household even grateful for the care shown when the cat made a break for it.

The reputation around the Redlands is that CoolTimes is a good choice, the kind of team households happily call back for servicing down the track. They keep weekday hours, so it's a sensible option to sort out a quote and timing that suits you.
