Why Choose ClimateLink Pty Ltd?

ClimateLink combines thorough technical expertise with the service standards that matter most: they turn up on time, explain the job clearly as it unfolds, and deliver clean, tidy installations. With six decades of combined HVAC experience across the team, they handle everything from split-system service to full ducted installations and commercial systems, and routinely earn praise for keeping customers informed and delivering quotes that match the final bill.

About ClimateLink Pty Ltd

ClimateLink is a family-owned air conditioning company based in Chambers Flat, and it services homes and businesses across the Logan area and south-east Queensland. The team designs and installs ducted systems, puts in and services split systems, and looks after commercial air conditioning for homes and businesses. Between them, the technicians bring more than sixty years of combined HVAC experience, and that depth shows in the way jobs are planned and handled.

Speak to anyone who's had them out and the same things come up: the crew turns up when they say they will, keeps you in the loop from start to finish, and leaves the place spotless afterwards. People mention detailed plans and clear payment information coming back with the quote, and the final bill matching what was agreed. When a job hit unexpected snags, whether that was rain holding up a ducted install or a few surprises during the work itself, locals noticed the communication stayed steady and solutions were found without fuss. Alan, Mitch, Dalibor and Nancy are among the names people pass on when recommending them, and the sense around is that the technicians are an easy, knowledgeable bunch to have around the house for a day.

The work itself earns repeat calls. Folks talk about neat installs that run beautifully, multi-room ducted systems going in smoothly, and old units being decommissioned and replaced properly. Their split system cleaning gets a special mention too, with the indoor units pulled apart and bagged, before and after photos taken, and noisy units running quiet again. People who've used them come back for the next job and send their friends and family along.

ClimateLink is fully licensed through the QBCC and holds ARCtick certification, and the team carries insurance. They offer free quotes, so it's worth a try to talk through what your home or business needs. Just keep in mind they keep standard weekday hours, so check in with them to sort timing.
