: Contact Breezehouse to arrange a time, letting them know how many units you have, whether they're split system or ducted, and any access details for the units. Technicians such as Richard and Jarrad explain the process on site and can advise on the right level of clean for your unit, so it's worth mentioning if you've never had it serviced before.
: Jobs are reported as on time, with technicians keeping customers in the loop throughout and leaving the site clean and tidy afterwards. People note the team walks them through exactly what's being done before starting, explains findings as they go, and the units come away noticeably cleaner, with built-up dirt and mould removed from parts owners rarely see.
: Along with their cleaning and sanitising work, Breezehouse also handles repairs and servicing for split system and ducted air conditioning units. If your unit isn't cooling properly or needs a general service as well as a clean, it's worth asking them directly what's involved when you book.
: Several Cleveland customers now book Breezehouse yearly, with one noting it was their second year running of having the air cons cleaned by the team. Technicians have also pointed out that units left for years without a clean can build up significant mould and dust, so an annual service is a pattern many of their customers have settled into.
