About BW Air Services
BW Air Services is a family-owned business working out of the Lockyer Valley, and ask anyone around Glenore Grove who has had Brenton out and you will hear the same thing: he turns up when he says he will, keeps you in the loop the whole way, and the final bill lands where the quote said it would. That kind of reliability has built them a solid name across this part of South East Queensland over the better part of seventeen years.
The work covers split system installation, ducted air conditioning, repairs and servicing, plus commercial systems and refrigeration. People who have had ducted installed in a new home or a Queenslander talk about neat, careful work and a team that explains the options clearly before anything goes in. Brenton and Shanon are known for leaving the place clean and tidy, and for sorting problems other outfits have walked away from. One local has mentioned that he weighs up the right unit for the space rather than pushing the biggest system.
We hear he is often booked out, which locals take as a good sign and happily wait for. Even so, people mention he finds a way to fit in smaller jobs, and he has a reputation for being honest and straightforward about costs. Emergency call-outs are part of what they do, and they offer free quotes, so it is easy enough to get the measure of a job before committing.
