About That’s Cold HVAC Services

Run by Nathan Phelps, a refrigeration mechanic with over eight years in the trade, That's Cold HVAC Services has become a real local favourite for air conditioning work around Holloways Beach and greater Cairns, Queensland. Nathan handles split system installation, repairs and servicing for both homes and businesses, and he carries a refrigerant licence (L144410).

The reputation around the area is that Nathan is a thorough operator who keeps you in the loop. People who've had him out mention that he explains each step of an installation, flags any parts or materials before he starts, and the final bill lines up with what he quoted. We hear plenty about his tidy habits too: he'll move furniture to reach a unit and clean up properly before he leaves. One local who runs a business says he's saved them in the heat on more than one occasion, which tells you something about how reliable people find him.

He's known for sorting problems in one visit, and someone mentioned he picked up and fixed issues a previous contractor had missed. Air quality and efficiency improvements after a clean come up again and again. Nathan also takes emergency call-outs, so if an aircon packs it in during a Cairns summer he's worth phoning to check availability.

Several locals have had him back for repeat jobs, replacing multiple units over separate visits and handling regular cleans, and they keep recommending him to anyone who asks. If you need an aircon installed, cleaned or repaired around Holloways Beach, give Nathan a call and check in with them.
