About O'Brien Electrical Innisfail

O'Brien Electrical Innisfail does split system work, from new installations to repairs, servicing and emergency breakdowns. Ask anyone who's had them out around Innisfail and you'll hear the same thing: they turn up when they say they will, keep you in the loop, and get stuck straight into the job without any mucking around.

A good part of their reputation comes from how they work in people's homes. They clean up after themselves properly, they're polite and easy to deal with from the first phone call to the office through to the technicians on site, and the bill lands where the quote said it would. People appreciate that straightforwardness, and plenty happily say they'll check in with them again for the next job. One local summed it up nicely after a new unit replaced a worn-out one: friendly, efficient service from the whole team.

Technicians like Scott and Matthew get a mention for sorting out air conditioners supplied and fitted without fuss, even working away in the Far North heat. The reputation around town is that fixes tend to hold and the rates are fair. One person noted it took a while to get a date locked in, though the work itself more than made up for the wait once they arrived.

They handle emergency call-outs too, so they're an option to consider if something's packed up in a hurry. Give the Innisfail office a ring to talk through your split system and contact them, and it's a good idea to check their current availability while you're at it.
