The impression around the area is that they turn up when they say they will, keep you in the loop and leave the place tidy when they're done. People who've had them out mention technicians arriving within the time frame given, diagnosing faults quickly and sorting things like a faulty capacitor on a ducted system so the cool air is back on during the worst of summer. More than one person has praised how they manage to fit people in during the busiest stretches of the year, and emergency call-outs are part of what they do. Plenty come away saying the pricing was fair and the whole process easy, from the first phone call through to a completed install.

The business was purchased by someone with many years in the trade, and that experience shows in the work. One local who runs commercial sites and a private home put it simply: hands down the best they'd worked with, professional, efficient and fairly priced.
