About Cold Front Air Conditioning Qld/Nsw

Cold Front Air Conditioning Qld/Nsw has been part of the trade for over 50 years, working out of its Gold Coast base and handling jobs for homes and businesses from its Nerang operations. The team covers split system installation, repairs and servicing, ducted air conditioning, and emergency breakdowns, and the business describes itself as one of Queensland's most experienced ducted specialists. They work with homeowners and builders alike, and after-hours same-day service is available, though it's always worth confirming timing when you book.

What we hear most often is that they turn up when they say they will and keep you in the loop from the first phone call through to the finished job. People who've had them out mention how tidy the work is, with the space left clean once the unit is running, and that the final bill lines up with the quote they were given. That mix of punctuality, clear communication and no surprises on price is a big part of why folks call them back.

Plenty of locals single out the technicians by name. Bayley, Sam, Tahj, Phoenix and Cajin all come up for careful installs and taking the time to walk people through how their new system works. On the servicing side, Ehsan gets a mention for a thorough ducted clean and sensible advice on running a system more efficiently, and Rouz for explaining exactly what was done. One local who had a unit replaced before summer appreciated honest advice without the hard sell on pricier options. Quentin and his crew also get recognised for doing things properly and making sure the customer is happy at the end.

It's a long-established air conditioning business in Nerang that has earned a strong word-of-mouth name across the Gold Coast. If you need a split or ducted system installed, repaired or serviced, get in touch and contact them.
