About NB Trades and Services

NB Trades & Services is a family-owned business out of Toowoomba, and the general view around the Darling Downs is that they are the kind of air conditioning technician people happily call back. They handle split system installation, repairs and servicing, along with ducted and commercial air conditioning for both homes and businesses, and they work across Toowoomba, Highfields, Oakey, Pittsworth, the Lockyer Valley, the Granite Belt, Ipswich and Gatton.

Ask the people who've used them and a few things come up again and again. The team turns up when they say they will and keeps you in the loop from the first phone call through to the finished job. People mention the bill lining up with the quote they were given, and more than one local has pointed out how tidy the crew leaves things, with the clean-up treated as part of the work rather than an afterthought. On the trickier jobs, like fitting a big split system into an awkward high-rise space, the lads have a reputation for not shying away from the hard yards.

They offer free quotes and keep room for emergency call-outs, so it is worth giving them a ring to sort out timing. Their air conditioning technicians are ARCtick-certified, and the business is fully licensed and insured.

It's plain why folks keep coming back to NB rather than shopping around. One local summed it up well, happily passing them on to anyone needing an air conditioner installed. For an air conditioning technician in North Toowoomba, Queensland who communicates clearly and does neat, careful work, they are a solid name to call.
