CHECKAIR Aircon Cleaning specialist's

CHECKAIR Aircon Cleaning specialist's has built a strong name on the Sunshine Coast for one thing done properly: getting split systems and ducted air conditioning genuinely clean. Based in Peregian Springs, Queensland, the business handles cleaning, maintenance and repairs for homes, commercial sites and accommodation, along with split system installation and specialised anti-mould fogging treatments. It is a licensed team holding a Certificate II in split air conditioning and heat pump systems, and they are fully insured, so you can ask for an obligation-free quote before anything is booked in.

The name locals mention again and again is Luke, and the talk around Peregian Springs is that he is thorough to a fault. People who have had him out talk about units opened right up and deep cleaned where mould and dust had set in behind the front, pipes and drains flushed, and outside units sorted too. One local had a hidden ceiling drain cleaned that they never knew was there, which could have overflowed into real trouble. One person mentions natural products being used and homes left smelling properly fresh afterwards.

What keeps people calling him back every year is the mix of professionalism and plain reliability. We hear he responds quickly to an email or call, books people in without fuss, and turns up when he says he will. One person has mentioned him taking the time to explain how to run a system to prevent faults down the track, which is the sort of thing that earns repeat bookings. One family who worries about breathing mould has made CHECKAIR their regular every twelve to eighteen months.

If your air conditioners need a deep clean, a service or a repair and you want someone who treats the job seriously, this is a well-regarded choice in the area. Check in with them to talk through your system and sort a quote.
